Coaching

Achieving your goals…

People come to coaching for a variety of reasons.  Often it is because they have become ‘stuck’ with an issue or a stage in their career.  Sometimes it is because they have been promoted to the role they have always dreamt of, and now they’re thinking “what now??”.  Sometimes it is because the new role brings a steep learning curve and feels a lonely place; imposter syndrome creeps in and before they know it, the dream job seems like a nightmare.

Whatever brings you to coaching, the important thing is to be matched with a skilled coach who knows how to help you frame your challenges and focus your attention on the right issues.  Minerva Imagines’ associate coaches are all qualified, experienced and abide by the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics.

To find out more and to be matched with a coach, please drop us a line and we will agree a time to talk and take it from there.  It really is that simple.

“Everyone I coach is experiencing some kind of transformation.  Often this is a personal transformation and sometimes they are also leading others through transformation.  The process of transforming or being transformed can be bewildering and overwhelming. Helping people see through the fog and clearly focus on what’s important is an essential part of my role.”
